• All memorials in the District and the Ellipse are closed.

• D.C. Court of Appeals and D.C. Superior Courts will be open with liberal leave.

• D.C. Department of Motor Vehicles closed; all other government offices open.

• Fairfax County government offices and courts are open tomorrow with liberal leave in effect. Emergency personnel should report for duty. Wednesday evening activities in county buildings will proceed as scheduled.

• Falls Church City government open, with liberal leave in effect.

• Prince William County employees have liberal leave.

TRANSPORTATION:

• The Pentagon and National Airport Metrorail stations are closed. Buses are connecting passengers between the Pentagon City and Arlington Cemetery stations, and L'Enfant Plaza and Pentagon City stations.

• The bridges between the District and Virginia are all open. So is all of I-395 in both directions. But there are closures all around the Pentagon, including Washington Boulevard, and some road closures in the area of the White House. Constitution Avenue between 15th and 17th streets has been reopened.

• Reagan National Airport, Dulles International Airport and Baltimore-Washington Airport will be closed until at least noon.

SCHOOLS:

Public Schools

• Alexandria public schools closed, with Code Green in effect (12-month employees should report).

• Anne Arundel County schools closed, with Code Blue for school employees.

• Arlington County public schools closed, 12-month employees should report.

• District of Columbia public schools closed, but administrative offices are open.

• Falls Church City public schools closed, including day care.

• Montgomery County schools closed, but offices will be open.

• Prince George's County schools closed.

• Prince William County schools closed, code red.

• St. Mary's County schools closed, staff operating on Code Three.

• Queen Anne's private school in Prince George's County will be closed.

• Montgomery College is closed.

• Northern Virginia Community College is closed.

• University of Maryland at College Park: Classes are canceled, but offices are open.
